This review really doesn't even begin to cover the absolute lack of customer service this place provides. I WILL NEVER shop here again nor would I recommend shopping here to anyone else. Your money will be better spent somewhere else, believe me.
If I could leave this place zero stars, I would. My shopping experience was decent as our saleslady wasn't pushy and answered my questions. However, delivery was an absolute nightmare. The delivery had to be rescheduled several times because they apparently, have trouble figuring out how to manage their time and load their one and only delivery truck. Then, the delivery man was very rude and condescending.
Friendly staff, although short staffed at times. Limited selection due to the nature of the store, but I've had several in-store pickups from here and they all went very well.

Fantastic!!!!! We missed Sears so much and were very happy to learn that they had opened this new store last year. We don't like buying appliances, when we have to buy them, from big box stores. Our fridge broke last week and the owner of Sears, Kathleen ?, was so helpful and even stayed late to help us decide what was right for us and our space. Their prices were awesome, due to a sale, and we will definitely be back when our next appliance dies:)
