Went to the shop with my husband and fur baby for the first time since I don't live close to downtown. The person ( I am thinking it was the owner )who helped us was extremely friendly , sweet and very kind to my baby. The store has a great range of products and is clean! We happened to talk about the health problems my baby was experiencing and she immediately made numerous recommendations as well as giving me some samples to help with the symptoms. It was beyond my expectations!! There are lots of small business owners everywhere but you rarely find someone that is so welcoming and sweet. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could! Thank you!

Very friendly staff and provided advice on a harness for my dog. The one I purchased without trying it on dog did not fit, and the exchanged it for free. They love pets.
