Wait times when you don't have an appointment are very long... so you see the problem here...
Hours of operation seem to favor the employees working there instead of the clientele needing healthcare access. Only open 7 hours! Other than that nice staff, overall quality service for a good price.
Extremely helpful and responsive staff! Everyone in the office is genuinely nice and seems to be more than willing to help and listen.
Staff is great. Some policies, not so much. Can't make an appointment for nurse-only visits - even shots that need to be taken on a schedule. Nurse-only visits also cost you in your co-pay on your insurance.
