I dread going in..... most the ladies are nice but Yvonne makes me uncomfortable. Typical goverment operation cold and money hungry. Time for someone to retire!
For a city office, this is one is nice. Location is convenient, free parking, friendly staff, and beautiful historic building. I appreciate the text services, which notify you of how much time you have to wait in line. I was missing a piece of paperwork when I went in to get my car registration updated, but the kind lady working with me was able to get me everything I needed and just took care of the missing item afterwards. I was happy to not have to return, especially with an infant in tow!
