When checking in on line the wait time was given to me. However I did not make it in the time period it said and now I wait again.... shouldn't your name just remain and they serve the ones waiting?
Always friendly and quick. We like that it is not usually a long wait and plenty of seating. No standing in line. Staff is great!
The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. I like how you can get on line using the QLess App on your phone even before you get there as well as check the wait time. It makes life a lot easier.
I don't like the idea to charge property tax on cars (glad they don't charge it on a cell phone), but the tax dollars are working here at the office. The office has very helpful staff and people don't need to wait in line because they have a queue machine .
