I actually don't skate but I play a lot of disc golf which runs right by the park. It's always got a steady flow of skaters, roller bladers, and BMX'ers. It seems to be a really neat park and the city has updated it twice in the last 8 years.
Good park nice bowl and nice vert fun to skate at
Restroom and lights. Smooth half for vert. Fun gap and low rail.
