The man named Dan or whatever really needs to lose his job. Very very rude on the phone and I promise I will never go through them again and I will spread the word around town on how bad it was
I have been with this company for about 6 years now and like every company you have problems but hey they have problems with customers to I am sure of it. I have never had any issues with this company. I would refer anyone here to aarons unlike some others they give you 120 days same as cash. As long as your up front with them and pay like your suppose to they are cool people. One of the best rent to own companies around..!
Leah, and the rest of the staff have always been very helpful. As a business owner I really appreciate all that they do to help get my questions answered. I stage houses and have leased, and purchased outright many items from Aarons, even used TV's for my office.
Illegally parked no one anywhere around contacted store about how this is unsafe. I did not want anything in return at all. Not trying to get something free or a discount. Not trying to get anyone fired. It is unsafe and illegal to park left of center. The store employee said oh like I will worry about that and hung up.
Back on November 1, 2014 I was admitted to the hospital for bad heart and break-down. Their Noland road store was called and given the number to call in order to get their items out of my house. Being let loose from the nursing home the first of July I contacted Aarons about getting my things back. I was told that since the items were never picked up and the contracts were sold were sold to a collection company. I have not been able to reach the company and Aarron's refuses to help. I cant do anything ubtil I reach the collection co.
