Great experience today getting a new radio for my truck. I found one online that had the specs i was looking for but i didnt want to wait so i went into Best Buy to see what they had. Not only did they have the exact same one in stock they gave me a better deal then a price match. Good job guys!!!
They did a great job handling the Thanksgiving Night shopping crowds and kept the line moving very well and had plenty of items in stock
Grate service, wonderful selection of what ever you need. I go to this best buy once a year so I know what I need and where I am going every time. only down side is somethings like gaming laptops they only have some instock and don't have a big veriety to look at.
LACKING selection of movies, music and video games. Ridiculous amount of space reserved for televisions.
How often do people buy a TV versus a movie, CD, etc.?

What a disaster. I was waiting for help to look at a new cell and waited as the manager leaned back playing on his phone. I finally got help from outside the department. I purchased 2 items, an amiibo and a micro usb charging cable. The amiibo rang up for $2 more than tagged and the USB cable rang up for $9 over tagged price. After waiting for nearly 20 minutes I walked out without purchasing anything. I called to complain to the manager and before I got my first sentence out he became defensive and combative. I called corporate office and they do not solve complaints, they just take messages and email them to faceless nameless district managers. I used to love this store and used to receive great service, but no longer. They now treat customers as advaseries instead of assets and display a dismal failure in leadership
