I love heartland and all Nicole Delmonte has done for me but getting a answering machine every time is very frustrating. I have been trying to make a appointment for two weeks and get the machine every time. I don't want to leave a message I want to talk to a real person when I call!
Terrible answering service. There should be no voicemal. You should just be able to wait on the phone for someone.
