these people are great! Charlie Kincaid is funny and better than that he is a fine dentist
This office is AWFUL. doctor kincaid is horrible. He let my tooth not be worked on to the point of it having to have a root Canal. The insurance guy is awful as well. He will not help you AT ALL. I will say the hygentist are pretty good though. But the dentist is AWFUL, I would not go to this office.
I don't know about Charlie's personal life---and don't really care, frankly---but he's the best, most honest dentist in Lawrence, Kansas. Charlie will never try to tell you that you need work when you don't. He gives fantastic, basic care and never tries to weasel extra money out of you by doing any unnecessary procedures or frills. Charlie has served three generations of our family and we will continue to go to him as long as he continues to work.
