Always extremely helpful and willing to give my pet everything she needs for a reasonable and affordable rate. I have yet to have a bad experience with them whether that be with scheduling, the staff and the overall treatment of my pet. They are wonderful!
Dr. Ermeling takes time to visit with you and make sure you understand what she is doing as well as talks to your pet always working with them to make them feel comfortable in a scary environment for them. I've had nothing but great experiences with her, Dr. Rausch and Julie - as well as all the vet techs! (I currently have a parrot, guinea pig and 3 dogs - and they all have been for a visit)
The only vet office I have taken my cat to and they are lovely, kind and caring. I know that my cat is in the right hands. I went in recently because my cat ate flower pedals and they were able to treat him and save me money as well, since vet visits are pricey. As long as I live in Lawrence I will go to them for my kitty's needs and emergency visits.
Such a wonderful clinic. Dr. Emerling and the staff are so wonderful with our bird. Angel was actually really calm with them during her check up, which says a lot about how calm and gentle they are with the animals. I will definitely never take any of my animals any place else!
I took my kitten (Chicken) here after adopting her because this awesome place honors the free checkup from the shelter! The staff are so friendly and always help me find an appointment time that suits my schedule. They are so good with my kitty, I swear she looks forward to the vet! They let her explore and hold her to keep her entertained. The vet even uses easy cheese to distract Chicken and make her happy. I never leave having any questions and I feel the quality of care is through the roof. They go above and beyond to make me and my cat the happiest we can be!
