I went in a few weeks ago and when I got there their seemed to be some one not happy because they didn't pay or something buy when it was my turn the lady behind the counter helped me like it never happened even with the people outside yelling still. Nikki was here name I think. Very satisfied
I must have dropped by during a busy time of day but was impressed with the young lady that was helping everyone. Her name was Rebecca and she kept a smile on her face and very pleasant to those ahead of me with their needs. I felt bad for her with a person ahead of me complaining about something that was obviously not her fault or within her power to change. However, she remained calm and gave them her full attention. I thought when she got to me she might be out of patience bit again very impressed at how she treated each customer as though they were the only person there. Kudos to PS for an exceptional employee!!
After renting from public storage for over 8 years they have doubled our rent. Watch out for large price markups for no reason. When you call they say it was a corporate decision. They advertise our unit online for $199 but they just increased ours to $345. Much cheaper and dependable options exist in Lawrence. BEWARE
Thank you to the gal named Rebecca as she helped me through a difficult time as I was trying to find a unit to store some items that are dear to my heart. She was patient and always smiling. She was a joy to work with and I hope she is there each time I stop by!
