I have given one star only because it's not possible to give zero stars. This was the worst food I have ever eaten at a restaurant. I ended up ordering an appetizer because nothing on the rest of the menu was appealing...what a mistake. The Mexico Sampler consisted of a cheese quesadilla and a chicken flauta. The quesadilla was, I'm fairly sure, made with a processed cheese and the flauta was dripping in grease and nearly inedible.
On a good note, the chips were hot and the salsa was good...for what that's worth.
Good food, great atmosphere and friendly staff. Prices are reasonable. One of my favorite Mexican restaurants in Lawrence!
Shopped around on Google for a good Mexican restaurant and this place had good reviews. We didn't regret it. Food was good, service was good. Pricing was good. And the red sauce on the enchiladas I could have put on everything! Heard they have the best margaritas but didn't get a chance to try them. But next time. One of our new favorites for when we come to Lawrence.
THE best Mexican cuisine in town with hands down incredible service, start to finish. So kind and understanding was our server in regards to our hungry 6 yr old and just plain likeable and personable! I wish we knew his name to give him credit for the awesome service. Great dining experience!
