They are always so kind and caring
Great staff, just not staffed as they should be. Took MONTHS to get in for a dental cleaning due to loss of dentist. They were without an eye doctor for over a year and then there was a wait based on critical needs. No glasses to sell or contacts to sell. Family doctors are great and very concerned for patient well being. You feel welcome and given the attention you need. Need for xray machines to detect broken bones and sprains would be a ++. They do have a pharmacy but cannot order prescription meds they do not stock. Thankful of being able to use this facility, just wish they had more resources.
I have been receiving Health, and Dental care from HINU clinic for almost 30 years, since childhood, and over the years it has only improved, no more are the 8am walk in time, now you simply call and you get an appointment scheduled that day, I went just yesterday and from being checked in to an exam room to picking my meds up at the in house pharm was 20 min, and as always free. I am attempting to get a job there as I type.
