This theater is so much better than it used to be. I have been here a few times since I moved back. They remodeled it, and now it's clean with comfortable reclining chairs. The one reason I'm giving it 4 stars is that the chairs squeak when they recline and sit up. It was funny at first, but now it's just a distraction, especially during a movie. It's nice to have the option of an alcoholic beverage.
The reason I didn't leave 5 stars is because of the sound quality. It was pretty awful to be honest. We went to another theater to watch the same film (IT) the following day in order to hear things we missed the first time.
The renovated theatre is dope. Audio/Video quality is good and the new recliner seats are comfortable. No more trips to KC just to see a movie. Now serving alcohol and assigned seats.
We got the recliner seats at the back and watched Thor Ragnarok. Loved the experience! The theater is clean and we'll maintained in general, and the audio and video are top notch as well.
But other then that, we loved the reclining seats - they're super comfy!
Usually the staff is helpful and the everything clean.
There are at least three or four wheelchair spots in each theater, with two accompanying seated areas. It is slightly annoying that the open spot is never between two seats, so as supervising adult I can’t separate kids or take a larger group with me.
Prices are consistent with other movie theaters in the region. The new(ish) big seats do make the experience more comfortable, but there are fewer available, so plan ahead for popular movies/opening weekends. Reserved seating helps with that.
