Was good. My son and I decided to stop in, very spontaneous, as we were driving by after we'd bought a window at Menard's. We split a large order of wings. Waitresses were nice, very friendly and efficient. Liked the way when you enter, you are greeted by all of the pretty waitresses, standing there smiling and welcoming you. Was like being greeted in heaven or something. Anyway. We sat at the bar and we enjoyed our wings and our beers very much. The bar was very tall and tower-like and attractive. Had never seen so many TV screens. Thankfully, all of them had the volume turned off. Very pleasant experience.
50% of the time I have to wait nearly an hour. Thought these boneless wings were supposed to be what they are good at. They are always like crunchy tenderless chicken nuggets. I could do better at any fast food place.
Seems to be the same story every time we come here. Service is sloooooooooow, our food always comes out cold, and every time we get one specific server we know we are in for a fun time... not. Tonight we spent over 2 hours here and not because we wanted to. Our server took his sweet time getting to our table to begin with, over 10 minutes. Our food came out cold almost 45 minutes after we ordered it and we ordered wings Togo and that took another 45 minutes. I’ve been a server and I get that things get crazy but when your server doesn’t deliver your food, nor do you see him until they bring your check to you, something is wrong.
My fiancé and I always like to go to Buffalo Wild Wings for a change. However, every time we order in or even carry out, our order is wrong. Last night, we placed a carry out order and received our food COLD, the ranch I requested as the sauce in my wrap was not in it, my wrap was flat like a pancake and barely had any chicken in it, and we didn't get a receipt to add in our Blazin' Rewards. I really like BDubs food but lately, we have just been having terrible luck. I'm super disappointed.
Management is good. Managers are good. Staff are doing their jobs, which is good. Overall, I like this place.
