He couldn't even unlock my door and still charged me the $70. I told him no, but he said I still had pay him. I will NEVER use this place for anything ever again. That's ridiculous. If they would have just charged my half I would have been happy. Then he asked for a tip?? Whatever! You don't get a full price for being here all of 2 seconds then saying you can't do it. Be careful. My lock is a regular looking lock. If you don't know for sure it can be picked DO NOT CALL THEM OR RISK LOSING 70$!
I was appreciative of the speedy service but their pricing is a sham! I was quoted a $15 service call and lockouts starting at $35. That's obviously just a ploy to get you to use them because without even touch my car I was quoted at $150?! That's ridiculous! The tech literally did less than 5 minutes of work and when I questioned the pricing he started to negotiate with me! If I hadn't been in need at the time I would have told him no thanks.
