Didn't answer the phone because they are closed!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I used to go there it felt like reaching in to a foam cooler for a beer anyway. Take 19th St. west to Mass, take a right and On The Rocks is on your right 1/2 block. It's open and a real liquor store.
Much cleaner and nicer on the inside than you might suspect given the location and outer appearance. Friendly clerk.
