John R. Hooge law firm was referred to me by a very trust worthy friend who has never steered me wrong. So it was easy to make the initial call. Actually going to the appointment was a whole another issue. When I arrived for my appointment terrified, nervous, no idea of what to expect, I was greeted by a person that made feel like I had known them all my life. Instantly the fear started to subside and I thought at least the staff was not mean or judgmental. With no idea of how bankruptcy works, ashamed that I had let things get to this point I was looking for non-judgmental understanding, positive outlook and true support. All of which I received at John R. Hooge law firm. Mr. Hooge and his staff were all very friendly & professional. They made sure I understood what was expected of me, what to expect from the firm and assured me they would be there with me every step of the way. I have no reservations about recommending John R.
