What a great church! I felt so welcomed and can't wait to go back, they are right in the heart of the city and close to the heart of God.

I have been attending Velocity Church for several months now. I love it! Very real and genuine. The pastors are great and truly care about me as a person.
Great teaching with practical application of scripture, great worship, and welcoming atmosphere. The leadership is very passionate about what they do, and about serving and supporting the Lawrence community. Wide range of ages and backgrounds, with lots of KU students, and plenty of teams to volunteer for and small groups to get involved in.
You will hear the message you need to hear and be able to apply that message immediately in your life. Bible based teachings that reach the heart, soul, and mind that strengthens daily faith. I prayed that God would lead me and my family to a fellowship that would rejuvenate, revive, and reunite us with the “living waters”.
Through God, we have found our home and our heart with Velocity Church. I have much to learn again!.... peace to you always!
