Jeremy was excellent to work with and made the entire purchasing experience easy. I love the car I purchased and it was exactly what I was looking for and at the price point I wanted. After owning the car for about 6 months, there were several issues with the car. Jeremy and Matt were more than willing to help me resolve the issues at no cost to me. One of the issues included uneven tire wear. The tires were replaced free of charge to me This was definitely not something I expected, however; it shows the dealership does stand behind their cars and is willing to do whatever it takes to ensure their customers are taken care of.

PLEASE go to Auto Exchange. My fiance and I were first time car buyers, and let me tell you what an awful pain it was to find a dealership that would take us seriously. You say "I'm a first time buyer" and other places immediately want nothing to do with you. If they do, it's to cheat you out of your money. It doesn't matter how good your credit score is, trust me. After almost giving up, Auto Exchange was the breath of fresh air we needed. Eddie was immediately open and up front about everything, showing us options within our budget and giving the facts to us straight. He did everything in his power to help us, and help us he did! It was harder for us to get financing because we had never bought a car before, but while other dealerships laughed in our faces, Eddie worked for a week and a half to convince a credit union that we were worthy of a loan. And this was after we told him that it wasn't worth the trouble! Not only that, but he talked them down to a reasonable rate. My fiance and I were convinced that we were not going to be approved, but Eddie came through. He was open and honest with us throughout the entire process, and you can bet that we will be returning to Auto Exchange next time we buy.
P.S. Don't get me started on the prices, they're the most reasonable I've seen in town!

When I started the process over a month ago, I was uncertain what vehicle I would choose and was stressing about having to visit various dealerships etc. Luckily, I found the guys at Auto Exchange of Lawrence and they took care of everything for me. The employees here act as a kind of personal shopper. I truly felt as though I had a trusted teammate working for me throughout the entire process. It could not be any simpler. No matter how common or rare a vehicle may be, they will find it for you! I was able to continue on with my busy work schedule knowing that the Auto Exchange was out there doing all the leg work which can be such a hassle if you do it yourself. Every night I would check my email and have a number of different vehicles to review. I would respond with what I liked or didn't like about a certain vehicle. They continue to adjust their search until you finally narrow it down to the car you've been hoping to find. NEVER did they try to steer me one direction or another and NEVER did they try to push me to spend more or judge my selections in any way. They let me make all the decisions, only offering facts and data to help me decide. I guarantee that you will avoid any of the fears usually associated with car buying when you work with Auto Exchange of Lawrence. I would absolutely recommend them for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. In my opinion, they are revolutionizing the car buying experience for the consumer. Best experience buying a car ever. My husband and I agreed, we've never felt as comfortable at any other dealership. They showed us the numbers on the computers and they explained everything. They never pressured us into buying a vehicle. They even gave us tips for buying any vehicle from any dealership in the future.
