This bakery sells Taiwanese-style bread. Very delicious!! However, open hours are little but weird.

This is hands down my favorite bakery in Kansas. All of the sweets here are lightweight, fluffy and *don't have too much sugar*!! A lot of the other bakeries I've been to make things disgustingly sweet, but not Formosa. They also have a great variety of more savory items, and the prices are unbeatable.
The breads are great. The cheesecakes are amazing. I recommend the Blueberry one.
